Clear Payment Declarations
One-Time Payments Only
Every purchase on tryresumematch is a single, one-time payment. We do not operate recurring monthly memberships, automatic card debits, or surprise renewal charges.
Credits Never Expire
Purchased credits remain in your account ledger indefinitely until you decide to tailor a resume. Take as long as you need to find the right job opportunities.
PCI-DSS Level 1 Security
Payments are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major international credit/debit cards. We never see or store raw card numbers.
Technical Error Protection
If an unexpected system error or microservice failure prevents your tailored resume from rendering or delivering a downloadable PDF, our support team will promptly re-credit your account upon verification.
Digital Delivery & Non-Refundable Policy
Because tryresumematch delivers immediate digital access to computational document-tailoring resources upon checkout, and provides 1 free generation upfront to inspect formatting quality, all credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
We strongly encourage all candidates to test the service with their free sign-up credit to ensure the document output and formatting fit their career needs before purchasing additional credits.
For questions regarding invoices, receipts, or technical error credit restorations, email us at support@tryresumematch.com.
