1. Service Description

tryresumematch provides automated, software-based resume tailoring, semantic keyword alignment, and publication-grade PDF compilation tools. The platform parses user-provided career information and target job descriptions to structure, highlight, and format high-density resume documents.

3. User Accounts & Authenticity of Information

• Authentic Credentials: You warrant that all employment history, education, skills, and certifications you submit are truthful, accurate, and belong to you.
• Zero Fabrication: tryresumematch is designed to present your authentic background in the best typographical light. You agree not to use the service to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or defamatory materials.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account.

4. Digital Credits, Billing & Non-Refundable Purchases

• Pay-As-You-Go Credits: Document generations and refinements consume digital credits.
• One-Time Charges: All credit pack purchases are single, one-time transactions. We do not operate recurring monthly subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• Free Evaluation: Every candidate receives 1 free generation upon sign-up, allowing you to test and verify the document quality prior to making any purchase.
• All Sales Are Final: Because our credits grant immediate digital access and consume cloud compilation computing power upon purchase, all credit pack sales are final and non-refundable.
• Technical Error Protection: If a technical bug or microservice compilation failure prevents a PDF from rendering or delivering a usable document, contact support@tryresumematch.com and our team will verify the error and restore the consumed credit to your balance.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of your personal career data, uploaded resumes, and tailored outputs.
• Platform Assets: tryresumematch, its software code, custom Typst themes, visual presets, and brand logos remain the exclusive intellectual property of Leopold Abai.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tryresumematch and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including any employment rejections or hiring outcomes.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poznań, Poland.
